The EU aims to secure critical raw materials for its green transition, but its €800bn rearmament drive is competing for the same minerals. Working with the Transnational Institute, this project uses new supply chain data on lithium to trace where it ends up, giving policymakers and the public the evidence to manage demand and scrutinise EU mineral policy.
